Refund Policy

BLACKNODE sells downloadable digital software. Because each product is delivered immediately and can be installed and used right away, the EU statutory right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU does not apply once delivery has begun. The policy below describes the practical refund handling we offer beyond what the law strictly requires.

When we offer a refund

  • The product is technically broken on our side (corrupted installer, invalid license file, missing components).
  • The software cannot be installed on a system that meets the requirements stated on the product page, and the issue cannot be solved by our support team within 14 days from purchase.
  • An accidental duplicate purchase — contact us within 7 days.

When a refund is not available

  • You changed your mind after the download link was opened or the installer was run.
  • The software works as described but does not match an unstated expectation (e.g. a vehicle, ECU type or feature that is not listed on the product page as supported).
  • Your hardware setup does not meet the system requirements published on the product page.
  • You are unable to provide reasonable cooperation with our support troubleshooting (logs, screenshots, remote-session window).

How to request a refund

  1. Message us on Telegram or email focuslocalaiagency@gmail.com with your order email and a brief description of the issue.
  2. We will troubleshoot with you. Most issues are resolved within 24–48 hours.
  3. If we cannot resolve the technical issue within 14 days from purchase, we issue a refund through Stripe. Stripe typically credits your card within 5–10 business days.

Chargebacks

If you have a problem, please reach us first — we are responsive on Telegram and email. Filing a chargeback before contacting us slows the process for everyone and may result in a permanent block on future orders.
