This Privacy Policy describes how BLACKNODE ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit blacknode.store or purchase from us.
1. Data we collect
- Order data: email address, country, billing details required by Stripe to process your payment.
- Communication data: messages you send us by email or Telegram.
- Usage data: IP address (truncated), browser, pages visited, referrer — collected via Google Analytics 4 when you accept analytics cookies.
We do not collect your card number; payment is handled entirely by Stripe.
2. Why we collect it (legal basis under GDPR)
- To fulfill your order: contractual necessity (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To answer support requests: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) or contractual necessity.
- To improve the Site: analytics with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
- To meet legal obligations: retention of invoices, tax records (Art. 6(1)(c)).
3. Who has access to your data
- Stripe — payment processing (stripe.com/privacy).
- Google (Analytics 4) — anonymized usage analytics (policies.google.com/privacy).
- Telegram — only when you initiate contact (telegram.org/privacy).
- Netlify — Site hosting and CDN (netlify.com/privacy).
We do not sell your data, ever.
4. International transfers
Some processors (Stripe, Google) may transfer data outside the EU/EEA. Such transfers rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or equivalent safeguards.
5. Retention
Order and invoice data are kept for the period required by tax and accounting laws (typically up to 10 years). Support emails are retained for up to 24 months. Analytics data is retained per Google's default GA4 retention.
6. Your rights
