How is the software delivered?
After payment, you receive a download link by email and Telegram within 15 minutes. Each package includes installer, license file (when applicable) and step-by-step instructions in English.
Are licenses one-time or subscription?
Every product on BLACKNODE is a one-time purchase. No subscriptions, no recurring fees, no time limits unless explicitly stated on the product page.
Which operating systems are supported?
All products run natively on Windows 7, 10 and 11. macOS and Linux are not supported. No virtual machine is required.
Do you support KESS, KTAG, MPPS or J2534?
Yes — DaVinci, ECU Checksum and the WinOLS bundle are designed to integrate with KESS, KTAG, MPPS and J2534 hardware workflows.
How does payment work?
All payments go through Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Stripe handles 3D Secure and EU PSD2 SCA on its side.
What is your refund policy?
Digital goods are non-refundable once delivered, except in cases of unsolvable technical issues. We troubleshoot on Telegram within 14 days; if we cannot get your software running we issue a refund. See the Refund Policy for details.
Do you ship physical media?
No — every product is digital and delivered by download link.
How fast is Telegram support?
During business hours (CET) replies are typically within minutes. Outside business hours we reply by the next morning. Email is monitored 24/7 for urgent issues.
Can I install on multiple machines?
Each license is intended for use on one workshop bench / one technician's setup. For multi-bench shops contact us before buying — we can arrange a discounted multi-seat agreement.
Do you offer remote installation?
Yes — we offer free remote installation help via TeamViewer or AnyDesk on Telegram for the WinOLS bundle. Other products come with written step-by-step guides; remote help is available on request.
